Innential delivers a fully managed learning architecture for managing the employee learning cycle end-to-end: from learning need assessment, through learning content selection from 50+ learning providers to tracking the learning impact.
- Built a healthy Product Development Lifecycle to achieve 0 to 1 after the first investment round.
- Built new functionalities and side products with Gen-AI with the ML Team: Innential Content Search (ChatGPT API), Innential Growth Plan Assistant (ChatGPT API), Service Assistant AI (ChatGPT API).
- Worked closely with the board in the development and execution of product strategy while building and maintaining roadmaps.
- Setup and maintain data dashboards to be data-driven and data-informed on product improvements.

Storyly is the user engagement platform to embed full-screen, interactive Stories in mobile apps and websites.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication within the product team.
- Implement and maintain processes to optimize product development and launch.

AppSamurai is a One-Stop-Shop mobile user acquisition platform. Storyly is the user engagement platform for Stories.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps.
- Monitor and analyze product performance to inform decision making.
- Contribute to help documents, onboardings, product documentation, PRDs and user stories.
